Job Description
Job Title: Utility Operator
Department: Utility / Engineering
Industry: API / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra
- Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor utility equipment in the API manufacturing plant.
- Handle Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, HVAC and Utility systems as applicable.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, flow, levels and other operating parameters.
- Perform routine inspection and ensure smooth operation of utility equipment.
- Maintain daily utility logbooks and operating records.
- Identify abnormalities/breakdowns and inform the Engineering/Maintenance team.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment troubleshooting.
- Follow GMP, EHS and plant safety procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices in the utility area.
- QualificationITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in Utility Operations, preferably in an API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
