Job Description
Job Profile – Finance Manager
Industry: Mahindra Tractor Dealership
Location : Durg(C.G.)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting, finance, and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Manage tractor finance cases, loan documentation, and bank coordination.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile/tractor dealership accounts and finance.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
