Job Purpose:

Customer ko unki requirement, preference aur occasion ke according Agarbatti, Dhoop, Sambrani aur Fragrance Products suggest karna aur unhe fragrance ka proper experience dena.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAgarbatti aur fragrance products ki khushboo, quality, notes aur usage ki achhi knowledge rakhna.
• Customer se politely aur confidently baat karke unki requirement samajhna.
• Customer ko 2–3 suitable fragrances smell/test karwana aur difference explain karna.
• Different fragrances ko simple language mein explain karna — jaise Floral, Sandalwood, Rose, Jasmine, Mogra, Oud, Chandan, Musk, Fresh, Premium/Traditional etc.
• Customer ke pooja, daily use, gifting, festival ya premium requirement ke hisaab se recommendation dena.
• Customer ko sirf product dikhana nahi, balki fragrance ka experience feel karwana.
• Product ke price, quality, burning time, fragrance strength aur other features ko clearly explain karna.
• Upselling & Cross-selling karna — suitable complementary products suggest karna.
• Customer ke doubts aur objections ko calmly handle karna.
• Store mein fragrance section ko clean, organized aur presentable rakhna.
• Fast-moving aur premium fragrances ki customer preference ko samajhna aur feedback management ko dena.

Must-Have Skills – “Talking Sense”Candidate mein achhi talking sense bahut important hai:

• Customer se naturally conversation start kar sake.
• Active listening kare aur customer ki actual requirement samjhe.
• Product ko boring technical language ke bajay interesting aur attractive way mein explain kar sake.
• Customer ko force kiye bina recommendation aur selling kar sake.
• Hindi mein fluent communication; basic English communication preferred.
• Confident, polite aur positive personality.
• Different types ke customers ke saath comfortably deal kar sake.
• Customer ko fragrance ke feel, mood aur experience ke through product samjha sake.

“Bilkul sir. Aap daily pooja ke liye chahte hain ya thodi premium fragrance? Agar daily use ke liye hai to main aapko ye Chandan aur Mogra ke options smell karwata hoon. Chandan ka fragrance soft aur traditional hai, jabki Mogra thoda fresh aur sweet feel deta hai. Aap dono mein se jo fragrance aapko personally pasand aaye, uske according main aapko best option suggest kar deta hoon.”
