About the RoleBafna Construction is looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company’s growing workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate-management skills, preferably with experience in the construction/infrastructure industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and sites.
• Handle recruitment for Civil, Engineering, Project, Site, Accounts, HR, Administration, and other positions.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate the joining process.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with shortlisted candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Assist in improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and candidate-management skills.
• Should be confident, professional, organized, and target-oriented.
• PreferredExperience in recruiting Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, QS/Billing Engineers, and other construction professionals will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can independently handle bulk and specialized recruitment will be preferred.
