Job Profile – TelecallerDesignation: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
  • Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
  • Maintain customer and lead records.
  • Schedule appointments and showroom visits.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Provide regular follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
