Field Sales Executive — Rooftop Solar (PM Surya Ghar)
Bankura / Durgapur · Full-time, field · 0–3 years · 12th pass and above
Salary: ₹14,051 fixed + fuel allowance + bonus / incentive
Subhasree Projects, an MNRE-empanelled solar company with 18+ years of experience of working with power discoms, is hiring a local field executive. You will visit homes, explain the PM Surya Ghar subsidy (up to ₹78,000), collect electricity bills, close orders and stay the customer's single point of contact until installation and subsidy.
Requirements:
- Own bike, driving licence and Android phone
- Fluent Bengali
- Live within 50 km of Bankura or Durgapur
- Enjoys field work and meeting people
- Freshers with a good attitude can apply
