SERVICE ADVISOR:(DURGAPUR ATHER)

Graduate with 2-wheeler service experience preferred.
12th pass could also apply only with Service Advisor experience of 3yrs+..
Salary-14,000 in-hand (experience must)
Ather Tech Training provided.
Job description:
Manage Spare Parts Inventory efficiently.
Handle DMS operations – job cards, inwarding, service claims, and timely warranty processing.
Provide excellent customer service to Ather owners.
Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of vehicles on time.
Ensure completion of Delivery Checklists at the time of sales.
Keep vehicles software updated regularly.
Coordinate closely with Service Technicians.
Process Accidental/Insurance Claims accurately.
Carry out Monthly Service Calling and follow-ups.
Must be laptop-savvy and system-oriented.
