Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager – Personal Loan Cross-Sell to drive personal loan sales through existing customer relationships, branch leads, referrals, and other available channels.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, generating leads, converting opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Personal Loan cross-sell business through the existing Muthoot Finance customer base.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through branch walk-ins, customer databases, referrals, tele-calling, and field activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly personal loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Manage, guide, and motivate Sales Executives / Relationship Officers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify suitable cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
• Ensure proper collection of customer documents and adherence to KYC and company processes.
• Monitor the sales funnel, lead conversion, productivity, and daily performance of the team.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the reporting manager.
• Handle customer queries and support resolution of service-related issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business/referrals.

• Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in personal loans, consumer finance, banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial services sales.
• Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition practices.
• Target-oriented with strong sales and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
