Job Description
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Kochi, Ernakulam
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions and payment records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, sales and purchase entries.
- Handle invoicing, billing, receipts and payments.
- Monitor and reconcile online payments, UPI, QR code, payment gateways and bank transactions.
- Verify payment settlements and identify discrepancies or failed transactions.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with management, vendors and auditors.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST and online payment reconciliation.
- Good numerical, communication and organisational skills.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
