​JOB VACANCY: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

​Position: Accounts Assistant

​Vacancies: 4

​Location: Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

​Employment Type: Full-Time

​Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Based on skills & experience)

​Eligibility: Graduation/ Post Graduation(Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)

​Job Overview

We are hiring detail-oriented Accounts Assistants to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, voucher entries, billing, and accounting coordination at our Kochi office.

​​What You Will Handle:

​Daily day-book entries, payments, and receipt vouchers in Tally

​Preparing customer tax invoices and verifying supplier bills

​Handling daily petty cash book and recording expenses

​Assisting with monthly bank reconciliation .

​Keeping all accounts vouchers, bills, and tax files systematically organized

​Supporting senior accounts staff with basic GST summaries and report preparation

​Requirements & Skills

​Degree in commerce/finance.

​Hands-on working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel.
