Role overviewThe Admission Advisor will counsel prospective students and parents, follow up on enquiries, and guide students through enrolment in IVION’s diploma programmes in Shipbuilding, Hospital Administration, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

The individual target is 8 confirmed admissions per month. The advisor owns each assigned enquiry from the first call through registration and first instalment follow-up.

• Key responsibilitiesContact new enquiries promptly by phone and WhatsApp. Understand each student’s qualifications, career interests, and preferred batch.
• Explain course eligibility, duration, fees, training, and placement support accurately to students and parents.
• Handle common questions about fees, career opportunities, and course suitability. Agree on a clear next step, such as a parent call, campus visit, or registration appointment.
• Follow up on scheduled dates and record every call outcome, student concern, and next action in the admissions tracker.
• Guide students through application forms, document submission, and first instalment payment. Coordinate with the office team to verify and update admission status.
• Review progress against the monthly target each week. Report confirmed admissions, likely enrolments, pending payments, and common reasons students are delaying or declining admission.
• Candidate requirementsClear spoken Malayalam and the ability to communicate in English when needed.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, speaking with parents, and working toward a monthly admissions target.
• Basic skills in WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and maintaining accurate lead records.
• Experience in admissions counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
