Assistant Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Country Vacations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting holiday membership packages, managing customer relationships, generating sales, and supporting the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Explain holiday membership plans, benefits, and packages to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and arrange meetings or presentations.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
