Job Description
Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, generate leads, and convert interested customers into clinic appointments and walk-ins.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
- Generate appointments and clinic walk-ins through calls and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling, appointment, and walk-in targets.
- Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam with basic English communication skills.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented approach and confidence in outbound calling.
- BPO, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or aesthetic treatments is an added advantage.
