We are looking for a CREATIVE THINKER!

We don’t want someone who only knows how to make posters.

We want someone who can THINK → CREATE → DESIGN → EDIT → IMPROVE.

If we give you a simple idea, you should be able to turn it into a creative advertisement, Reel or campaign without us explaining every single detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Create social media posts & advertisements
• Create Reels & promotional videos
• Create Instagram & YouTube content
• Develop creative concepts independently
• Design posters, banners & marketing creatives
• Edit images and videos
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools for creative ideas, images & videos
• Create effective AI prompts
• Understand advertising hooks, CTAs and visual storytelling
• Work with our marketing team

We Need Someone Who

✅ Is genuinely creative

✅ Has strong visual sense

✅ Understands advertising

✅ Knows Canva & Photoshop well

✅ Can edit videos

✅ Understands social media content

✅ Knows how to use ChatGPT effectively

✅ Can use AI image/video generation tools

✅ Has good communication skills

✅ Can work independently

✅ Doesn’t need every small decision explained

IMPORTANT

We are NOT looking for a “do exactly what I’m told” designer.

We want someone who can say:

“I have a better creative idea.”

If you see an advertisement and immediately think about how to make it more attractive, more memorable and more effective, you might be the person we’re looking for.

* Motion Graphics

Qualification

Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Animation or related qualification preferred.

Portfolio is mandatory.
