Basic Salary Before Incentives: 18,000 Rs - 25,000 Rs (Depending on Value brought by Employee)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Experienced motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Debt Collection Officer.

This position is open to both freshers and expereienced Debt collectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ability to converse in meetings with senior management
• Skip tracing and locate clients when required.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and strive to meet and exceed targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and repayment terms while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and agreements.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and avoid future delinquencies.
• Monitor and update account status regularly in the system.

Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of additioanl languages such as Malayalam or Tamil is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Proficient in learning new computer applications
