Estimator – Job DescriptionThe Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior and furniture projects based on drawings, specifications, material requirements, and site conditions. The role includes preparing detailed BOQs, calculating material, labour, hardware and production costs, obtaining and comparing supplier quotations, coordinating with the design, production and project teams, and ensuring timely submission of estimates and quotations. The Estimator should have good knowledge of furniture materials, plywood, laminates, hardwood, hardware, finishes and related production processes, with strong proficiency in MS Excel and costing. The role also involves reviewing project requirements, identifying cost variations, maintaining costing records, and supporting the team in achieving accurate and commercially viable project pricing
