Job Summary PayNback is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
• Track expenses, collections and outstanding payments.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software.
• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.TallyPrime, Zoho Books, and Odoo
• Understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
