HR Executive

We are looking for a practical and energetic HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities for our company and Mugberry outlets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and coordinate hiring for office and outlet staff.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Handle joining, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and HR documents.
• Coordinate staff induction and training.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR issues.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain performance, warning and disciplinary records.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with management.
• Regularly follow up with outlet staff and managers.
• Requirements1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and people-handling skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be comfortable with recruitment and interacting with outlet staff.
• F&B, QSR, retail or franchise experience is an advantage.
