HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with employees.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Assist with payroll preparation and employee-related queries.

Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Communicate with Hindi-speaking employees regarding HR matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is an advantage.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
