Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & SupervisionSupervise and manage execution of interior fit-out, civil, and construction works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and skilled workers for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Coordination & CommunicationConduct site meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Report daily site progress through photos, measurements, and checklists.
- Ensure timely material availability by coordinating with procurement teams.
- Quality & SafetyImplement and maintain quality control on workmanship and materials.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers on-site.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with standards and specifications.
- Measurements & DocumentationTake site measurements, verify quantities, and prepare work progress reports.
- Maintain site records including material consumption, labor deployment, and daily logs.
- Assist in preparing RA bills, BOQs, and certification documents if required.
- Project TimelinesEnsure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
- Identify delays, risks, and notify the project manager with solutions.
- Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and execution methods.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings (preferred).
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites if required.
