Reservation Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused reservation executive to join our travel and tourism team.

• Key Responsibilities
• supporting our operation departments in booking hotels
• Confirm hotel bookings and other special services.
• ensure seamless tour execution.
• Monitor daily hotel booking and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Coordinate with the sales team for booking confirmations and operational updates.
• Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and operational reports.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Requirements
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel and tourism operations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• proficiency in English is required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak travel seasons.

Preferred Skills

• 
  
• Knowledge of Kerala tour packages and major tourist destinations.
• Experience in handling group tours, FIT bookings, and pilgrimage tours.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail.
