Job DescriptionJivit Jal is looking for an experienced Female Sales Manager to manage and grow our business operations in Kochi and surrounding areas.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling leads, meeting potential customers/franchise prospects, giving product & business presentations, and closing sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with company-generated leads.
- Meet prospective customers and explain Jivit Jal Alkaline Ionized Hydrogen Water and its business/franchise opportunity.
- Convert leads into successful sales and franchise appointments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and site visits when required.
- Identify new business opportunities in Kochi and nearby areas.
- Achieve monthly sales and franchise acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the management team for lead management and closures.
- Travel within Kochi/Kerala when required for meetings and business development.
- Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate only.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in B2C/B2B sales, business development, franchise sales, real estate, FMCG, telecom, or similar sales industries will be an advantage.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and CRM will be preferred.
- Malayalam + English communication is preferred.
- Candidates from Kochi or nearby areas will be preferred.
