Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Conduct showroom walk-ins and field sales activities
• Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and benefits
• Arrange test drives and product demonstrations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
• Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns
• Identify potential fleet customers and business tie-ups
• Conduct road shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Develop relationships with auto drivers’ associations and fleet operators
• Promote the brand through social media and local advertising
• Collect market feedback and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
• Experience in automobile / EV sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with sales targets
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Valid driving license preferred
