Job Description – Sales Relationship Manager (FOCO – Franchisee Biz) 

Position: Relationship Manager

Location : Kerala (Ernakulam)

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition: Generate new clients by acquiring Demat and Trading accounts through referrals, direct prospecting, networking, etc.

Referral Associate (RA) Model: Develop and manage a strong network of Referral Associates to generate consistent leads and expand the client base.

Local Area Marketing: Conduct investor meets, seminars, webinars, and other local marketing initiatives to create awareness and generate quality leads.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Cross-Selling: Identify customer requirements and introduce suitable financial and investment products and services.

Market & Product Knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in financial services, stock broking, wealth management, or a related field are preferred.

Freshers interested in building a career in the stock market and financial services may also apply.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

Basic understanding of stock markets, Demat accounts, trading, and investment products.

Ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and achieve business objectives.
