Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Perform site setting-out, levelling, and surveying as required.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule and budget.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify material quantities and assist with procurement and material inspections.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain site records, drawings, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and have access to a two-wheeler.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
