JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISORCompany: Ratan Kumar Dubey, Railway Contractor

Job LocationVarious railway project sites as per company requirements. Candidates must be willing to travel, relocate, and stay at the assigned project site as required.

• Key Responsibilities Supervise railway construction, P.Way, bridge maintenance, and other assigned works.
• Manage daily labour, materials, machinery, and site activities.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and railway safety rules.
• Maintain records of work progress, labour attendance, materials, and site expenses.
• Report delays, site problems, and resource requirements to the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).
• Take responsibility for site execution, productivity, quality, and proper utilization of company resources.
• Qualification & Requirements Minimum : Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering).
• Knowledge of construction, drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
• Good communication, labour-management, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay at different project locations.
• Honest, disciplined, and capable of taking responsibility for site execution.
