About the RoleHer Mart is looking for a smart, polite, confident and passionate female candidate to join our ladies fashion store.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands fashion and has the ability to explain products well, convince customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Responsibilities• Attend customers and understand their requirements

• Explain product quality, fabric, style, size and pricing

• Recommend suitable products and achieve sales conversion

• Maintain and arrange the store and product displays

• Assist with sorting, folding and organising garments

• Assist with stock checking and basic inventory activities

• Handle basic computer and billing-related work

• Assist with product photoshoots and social media content

• Support promotional activities and store campaigns

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

We Are Looking For✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in a garment / ladies fashion shop

✅ Good communication skills in English & Malayalam

✅ Very polite and friendly personality

✅ Smart, presentable and well-groomed

✅ Strong customer-handling and sales-conversion skills

✅ Passionate about fashion and retail

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility

✅ Ready to work 10 AM – 7 PM

✅ Police Clearance Certificate required
