Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organised Storekeeper to manage stock and inventory operations at our wholesale ladies' clothing store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods and verify items against purchase details.
• Check designs, sizes, colours and quantities of all received products.
• Create and attach barcode labels to products.
• Enter product details and stock quantities accurately into the billing and inventory software.
• Arrange products in the correct racks and storage locations.
• Maintain proper stock records and update inventory regularly.
• Coordinate with sales and packing staff to ensure products are available for customer orders.
• Verify product design, size, colour and quantity before dispatch.
• Assist the packing team in checking orders against invoices.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the stockroom.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of stock management and barcode systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, billing and accounts teams.
• Previous experience in a garment shop, textile shop or warehouse preferred.

Work Location: Kochi, Kerala

Role: Full-time, Office-based
