Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
• Identify and generate new business leads through telephonic conversations and follow-up activities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Maintain and update records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage).
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
