Telecaller

Job Description

Dexous is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Malayalam-speaking Telecallers to join our team in Kochi. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining travel packages and tour details, answering customer queries, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers who have enquired about Sancharam's travel packages and tour services.
• Explain tour itineraries, package inclusions, pricing and booking procedures.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information about tours and travel arrangements.
• Maintain customer details, follow-up schedules and booking updates.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up and booking conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or travel-related services is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls and working towards targets.
