Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective participants, parents, and schools.
- Explain the various competitions and programs offered by client, including the benefits of participation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of clients offerings to effectively address queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to meet participation targets.
- Provide feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve services and offerings.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to explain and promote services with confidence and clarity.
- Basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in the education and child development sector.
