Travel Consultant

A Travel Consultant is responsible for managing the complete sales process from receiving a travel enquiry to confirming the booking.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to new travel enquiries promptly.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
• Prepare customized quotations and travel itineraries.
• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
• Track payments, bookings, follow-ups and pending enquiries.
• Provide pre-travel assistance and resolve routine customer queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Follow company Sales SOPs, pricing policies and communication standards.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Escalate refunds, major complaints, exceptional discounts and other matters requiring management approval.
