Job Description
- Enter daily business transactions and other details accurately into the computer.
- Maintain employee records, attendance details, and other HR-related data.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, registers, and data records.
- Maintain sales, purchase, stock, invoice, and customer details as assigned.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Handle data entry, document typing, scanning, printing, and photocopying.
- Maintain proper filing of digital and physical documents.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors in records.
- Send and receive emails and share reports with the concerned departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Service, and other departments.
- Perform other computer-related work assigned by the management.
