Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally.
- Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Process purchase entries, sales entries, and expense accounting.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries.
- Reconcile Zomato, Swiggy, payment gateway, and bank transactions.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and government authorities for statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-outlet business accounting preferred.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
