Job Description
Logistics ExecutiveExperience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer payments before processing orders.
- Prepare and cross-check billing/invoices for accuracy.
- Book shipments through Nimbus, DTDC & Amazon portals.
- Verify order, SKU, quantity, invoice, address, payment & shipment details before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely and accurate dispatch.
- Generate shipping labels/AWB and maintain dispatch records.
- Track shipments and coordinate for delays, returns & delivery issues.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of billing, logistics & dispatch operations.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with Nimbus, DTDC or Amazon Seller Central will be preferred.
