Job Description
URGENT HIRING!
We are the authorized distributor for LIXIL Window Systems (TOSTEM Products) in India. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the complete business development process for all types of window systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through cold calling, architect presentations, and interior design meetings
Generate enquiries and close orders on a monthly basis
Build business leads through architects, builders, and homeowners
Act as the single point of contact for showroom walk-in customers
Develop in-depth product expertise to provide expert consultation to clients
Prepare technical quotations, presentations, and strategic solutions to close deals
Coordinate with the Order Processing team for complete backend order support
Participate in outdoor marketing activities on behalf of the company
Deliver regular product presentations at architect and interior design offices (transportation provided)
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, client-facing attitude with a target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site/client visits
Basic understanding of sales or business development (training provided)
