About the Role

Bindal Finance is looking for an experienced

Business Loan Call Specialist to join our Faridabad office. The role covers the customer journey from initial enquiry and calling through documentation, case coordination, approval and disbursement.

The candidate should be confident in customer communication, loan documentation, follow-ups and coordinating multiple cases with internal teams and lending partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective business-loan customers.

• Understand the customer’s business profile, funding requirement and financial needs.

• Explain suitable Business Loan, CC/OD and other relevant loan products.

• Follow up with leads and interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Convert qualified enquiries into loan applications and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Collect, check and coordinate the required customer documents.

• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate before submitting cases for processing.

• Coordinate with customers for pending, additional or corrected documents.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams, banks and lending partners for case processing and approval.

• Track cases from login through sanction and final disbursement.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely disbursement.

• Keep customers updated throughout the loan process and handle process-related queries.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups and case status.

• Achieve assigned sales, conversion and disbursement targets.

Candidate Requirements

•Relevant experience is required in business loans, loan sales, banking, financial services or related calling/processing.

•English is a must

— strong spoken and written communication skills are required.

• Strong calling, sales, follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Good understanding of loan documentation and processing.

• Ability to coordinate multiple cases and follow up consistently until completion.

• Target-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

•Local candidates from Faridabad and nearby areas are preferred.

•Desk job only — no field work.
