Job Description

CNC TURNING OPERATOR – fanuc CNC DX200A

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set CNC turning machine for production.

  • Perform turning, facing, boring, grooving, threading and drilling operations.
  • Set tools, offsets and work holding.
  • Measure components using Vernier, micrometer and bore gauge.
  • Maintain required quality, accuracy and production targets.
  • Identify tool wear and make necessary offset corrections.
  • Maintain machine safety and workplace discipline.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in CNC turning.
  • Knowledge of G-code/M-code, tooling and offsets.
  • Ability to independently operate and set CNC turning jobs.
  • Experience on Jyoti CNC DX200A similar machines preferred.
