Digital Marketing Manager

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the internal team to develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow Bidz365's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, as well as responding to comments and messages.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content and managing subscriber lists.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep the brand's digital presence relevant and competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads and social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Zoho.
