In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company, engaging with potential customers across the UK.

What we are looking for:

•  Fresher or experience in Pre sales / Out bound sales / Lead generation
• High energy, persuasive negotiation skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Comfortable working in UK Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to pitch products/services to prospective B2C clients in the UK and converting leads into active prospect.
• Identify Prospects and understand customer needs and requirements, address objections effectively.
• Accurately log customer interactions and call outcomes in the system in real-time.
• Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and script frameworks.
• Qualify leads and schedule a call and follow up with sales team

• Competitive Remunerations: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and interview performance).
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Performance-based incentives and attendance bonus designed to celebrate consistency and performance.
• Job Location: RPS 12th Avenue, Main Mathura Road. Faridabad. 
• Shift Timings: UK Shift (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM). Monday to Saturday.
