Job Description


  • HVAC Project Engineer – Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC engineering projects from concept through completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost targets
  • Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for HVAC systems
  • Prepare detailed designs, specifications, and layouts (air distribution, chilled water, heating systems, VRF, etc.)
  • Provide technical input during project development, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues during project execution
  • Conduct site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and system commissioning
  • Ensure timely submittal of all project documents and approvals (samples, shop drawings, design details, work procedures, method statements, schedules, daily reports, etc.)
  • Arrange clearances, approvals, and permissions from statutory authorities during project execution
  • Receive project-related instructions from Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and coordinate effective action
  • Attend project meetings with stakeholders and report proceedings to management
  • Assign project activities to resources and monitor execution
  • Evaluate requirements for materials, machinery, and manpower as per schedule and ensure availability
  • EducationBachelor of Technology in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • ExperienceMore than 2–3 years of experience in project management
