Job Description
Job Description – Quality Associate / ExecutiveQualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Department: Quality (QA/QC)
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Identify defects related to dimensions, burrs, hole positions, and surface finish.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Segregate rejected/rework components and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred: Candidates with exposure to CNC/VMC machining or aluminium component manufacturing.
