Job SummaryLandmark Estates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business, and drive property sales in residential and commercial segments. The candidate should possess strong leadership, client-handling, and closing skills with a good understanding of the real estate market.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Generate and convert leads through various channels
- Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
- Maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, and builders
- Train and motivate sales executives for better performance
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client database
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to closure
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Good knowledge of Faridabad / NCR real estate market
