Job SummaryLandmark Estates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate business, and drive property sales in residential and commercial segments. The candidate should possess strong leadership, client-handling, and closing skills with a good understanding of the real estate market.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Generate and convert leads through various channels
  • Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
  • Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
  • Maintain relationships with investors, channel partners, and builders
  • Train and motivate sales executives for better performance
  • Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures
  • Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client database
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to closure
  • Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Good knowledge of Faridabad / NCR real estate market
