Telesales Executive

Role Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the

loan lifecycle. This role focuses on CRM-based lead management, customer coordination,

documentation collection, loan process explanation, and close coordination with the credit team

to ensure timely loan disbursement and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture customer relationships from lead generation to loan closure.

• Handle CRM marketing leads, including lead allocation, follow-ups, and status updates.

• Contact prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and guide

them accordingly.

• Explain the complete loan process clearly to customers, including eligibility,

documentation, timelines, and terms.

• Collect, verify, and organize customer documents required for loan processing.

• Coordinate closely with the Credit Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth

credit assessment and approvals.

• Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving queries and providing regular

updates on loan status.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
