Operations: Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, open and close the venue, and handle daily shift reports.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees while monitoring team performance and resolving conflicts.
Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor dining satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
Financial Oversight: Track sales, manage budgets, control labor and food costs, and place inventory orders with vendors.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, sanitation, safety, and local licensing regulations.
