Job Description :- salary 20k to 30 k

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable property solutions, and negotiating sales to achieve target revenue goals. Your ability to build strong client relationships and close deals will help drive the company’s growth. Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Prospect and qualify potential buyers through networking, referrals, and lead generation campaigns.

* Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to interested buyers.

* Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a fair and competitive transaction.

* Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for property listings and promotional activities.

* Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for future business opportunities.

* Stay updated on real estate regulations and best practices to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
