Solar Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveCompany: BPS Renewables Pvt Ltd
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Industry: Solar EPC & Renewable Energy
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads for Commercial & Industrial Solar EPC projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
- Convert leads into confirmed solar project orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Develop relationships with industrial clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM reports.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Required SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Knowledge of Solar EPC / Renewable Energy preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- EligibilityExperience: 2–3 Years (Solar / Electrical / Industrial Sales preferred)
- Education: Graduate / BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Age: 22–35 Years preferred
- Gender: Open to all eligible candidates
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives
- Location: Faridabad (Field Visits Required)
