Job Description
- Key responsibilitiesOutbound calling to potential customers and business leads.
- Generate leads for CCTV, AI cameras, live monitoring, access control, fire & security systems, etc.
- Explain NBBS products/services and identify customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Maintain daily calling and lead follow-up records.
- Coordinate appointments/site visits for the sales/technical team.
- Manage basic social media activities for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create/post simple promotional content, offers, reels and product/service posts.
- Support WhatsApp Business catalogue and customer communication.
- Collect market information and identify potential business customers.
- Maintain CRM/Excel lead database.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment targets.
- Ideal candidate with good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, digital marketing, social media or customer support.
- Freshers can also be considered if communication skills are good.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business and Canva preferred.
- Comfortable making 40–60 business calls per day.
- Confident, polite and persuasive communication.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
