Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate processing.
Negotiate with customers to achieve successful order closure.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records and update CRM or internal systems regularly. Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to close sales/orders effectively.
Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge. Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling/sales role.
Candidates with Real Estate telecalling background will not be considered. What We Offer
