Job Description
Telecaller cum Computer Operator
- Make cold calls to potential customers.
- Call customers, schedule visits, and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Manage regular customer follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Update customer details, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Handle data entry, maintain customer records, and prepare daily reports.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely customer service.
