Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant

Experience: 0-7 years

Job Description:

Responsibilities include providing personalized travel solutions, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored travel solutions and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and handle inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting travel packages and upselling additional services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and willingness to learn and adapt to changing trends and technologies.
